It’s a hectic part of Mumbai, but being on the link road makes it easier for people to reach us. We focus on core solutions, which basically means we deal with the technical and back-end stuff that keeps businesses running. The office is usually full of wires and people staring at screens. It's not the quietest place, especially with the Mumbai traffic right outside our window. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a lot of trial and error. We aren't big on formalities here. Most of us wear casual clothes and just get on with the tasks. The building itself is quite standard for this area. We have our routine: get in, start the machines, and work through the list. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before.
