Our place is at No. 233 in the Bharat Industrial Premises. We are right on LBS Marg in Bhandup West. It is a big industrial area and there are many different companies working out of the same complex. We deal with drugs and chemicals, so the office and the storage areas have to be kept in a certain way. It’s not a very exciting place to look at from the outside, just another unit in a long line of industrial spaces. The traffic on LBS Marg is usually pretty bad, so we try to get our deliveries in and out before the peak hours start. Inside, it's mostly about keeping track of the stock and making sure everything is labeled right. We have a small team here and we’ve all been working together for a while. Sometimes the smell of chemicals is a bit strong, but you get used to it after a few minutes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computers to manage the orders. Bhandup has changed a lot over the years with new malls and buildings, but this industrial estate feels pretty much the same as it always did. We just come in, do the work, and head home. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we usually take a break in the afternoon. It’s a simple setup and it works for what we do. We don't need anything fancy to get the job done.
