Better Services

Better Services is located over in Santacruz West. We are on the ground floor of the Meghna building, right on S.V. Road. It’s number 22 if you’re looking for the entrance. Being on such a main road means there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses outside. We started this because there seemed to be a need for it in this neighborhood. We don’t have a big team or a lot of complicated systems. It’s just us doing what needs to be done. People stop by when they’re passing through the area. Sometimes they just have a quick question or want to check something. We don’t mind that at all. The building itself has been there a while and has that old Mumbai feel to it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big advertisements. We just keep our doors open and wait for the day to start. Working in Santacruz is interesting because you see all sorts of people. Some days are very slow and we just sit and watch the traffic go by. Other days, everyone seems to need something at once. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just say hello and see how we can help. It's a basic way of doing business, but it works for us. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's convenient for the locals. We like being part of the street life here.
