We are located right opposite the Toyota showroom in Mumbai, specifically at D103 Akshardham Apptts. It is a very busy part of Andheri, and you can always hear the constant noise of traffic from the main road. The office is usually full of people coming in to drop off their resumes or asking if there are any new job openings. We spend a lot of our time looking at files and making phone calls to different companies. It gets pretty loud in the office when everyone is talking on their headsets at the same time. Since we are based in an apartment building, the place feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We have a tiny pantry where we make our own tea and coffee. Sometimes the heavy rain in Mumbai makes it difficult for people to reach us on time for their appointments, so we end up waiting around quite a bit. We have been doing this for a long time now, helping folks find a way to earn a living. It is not always easy work. People can be very picky about what they want, and matching the right person to the right spot takes time. We do not use any fancy systems for everything. A lot of it is just paper notes and simple folders. Being near the showroom makes it easy for people to find the building. We just try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door.
