The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with files and computers where we do our consulting work. Being on the first floor is quite handy because we don’t have to wait for the lift most days, which is usually slow. We do a lot of valuations and consulting stuff, basically looking at numbers and properties all day long. It's a lot of paperwork and sometimes it gets a bit dull, but it’s what we know how to do. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of people who have been in Andheri for years. The building is a bit old now but it’s sturdy and serves us well enough. We don't spend much on fancy decor because we’re usually too busy with client files and reports. If you're coming from the station, it's a short auto ride away. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We stay here because it’s central and everyone knows where Aarey Road is. Just walk up the stairs and we’re right there on the left. We have been here for a long time now.
