Bentel Associates

We are located in Thane West, specifically at 203/19 in Vijay Park. It’s right off Ghodebunder Road, which is always busy with traffic. Bentel Associates is based in this apartment complex. Working from a residential-style building gives the office a different vibe than a city skyscraper. We have a few rooms set up for our equipment and desks. The view from the window shows a bit of the surrounding trees and other buildings in the Kasarwadavli area. It’s a decent spot to work from. We aren't a massive firm with a lot of hierarchy. We mostly just sit in the same room and shout questions across to each other. It saves time on sending emails. The office usually smells a bit like incense or lunch depending on the time of day. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night. We just tidy up our own desks before we leave. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We focus on getting the tasks done rather than how the office looks to outsiders. Most of our clients just call us or send stuff over, so they don't see the piles of paper on the floor. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We like being in Thane because it’s not as crazy as central Mumbai, though the traffic on the main road can be a pain.
