Thiming Interior Designers

Located at 9/90 in the Pragati Co Op Housing Society, we’re right on Linking Road. It’s a busy spot in Mahavir Nagar, especially being near the petrol pump. You can always hear the cars and bikes going by. We do interior design work, but it’s more about the practical side of making a home liveable. We spend a lot of time at our desks in Kandivali West, drawing up ideas and looking at samples. The office is often full of tiles, wood swatches, and paint chips scattered everywhere. It looks like a mess to some, but we know where everything is. Living and working in this part of Mumbai means you have to be quick. Clients come in after work, usually quite tired, and we sit down to talk about their kitchens or living rooms. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with contractors and carpenters is a big part of the day. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, like a delivery getting stuck in traffic on Linking Road, but we manage. Most of our neighbors in the housing society know what we do. It’s a community vibe here. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just trying to do solid work for the families living around here. There is usually a bit of dust on the floor and a lot of sketches on the wall, but that’s how we like it.
