Benco Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Agarwal Industrial Estate in Jogeshwari West. If you know S. V. Road, you know how the traffic can get around there. We are tucked into E-14, which is part of the 139/G area. It's an industrial setting, so there’s always noise and things being moved around by workers. It isn't a showroom or a place with bright lights and fancy carpets. We deal with the practical side of things every day. The estate has its own rhythm that we've gotten used to. People are always busy loading trucks or checking lists. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. Some of the guys have worked in this building since we first opened. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a secretary. It’s mostly just desks and the smell of the industrial park. Mumbai life is fast, and we just try to keep up with the orders that come in. Jogeshwari is a crowded place, but it's where the real work happens. We focus on getting things sorted without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get around the estate, but we manage somehow. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home. Most of our neighbors are like that too. We help each other out when needed.
