Bell Ceramics Ltd

We are located out in Mira Road, which is quite a distance from the main city of Mumbai, but it’s where we do our work. The office is in the Amreet Co-operative Housing Society, specifically in the A Wing on the 7th floor. It’s part of the Lodha Complex, so there’s always something going on nearby. We deal with ceramics, which means a lot of looking at samples and talking to suppliers. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during the morning rush, but the view from the 7th floor isn't too bad. We aren’t a giant factory; this is more of our administrative and sales spot. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the big table going over tile designs and orders. Dealing with ceramics in Mumbai means you have to be ready for logistics issues and rain. Sometimes the shipments are delayed because of the traffic on the Western Express Highway. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other’s business. We don’t have a fancy dress code or anything like that. Just some regular people trying to sell ceramics and make sure the customers get what they need for their homes or projects. It’s a lot of mundane work, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels like second nature to us now. We just take it one day at a time without making things sound more complicated than they are.
