Source Mind

We are located at 51 Gauri Complex, which is right opposite the Bank of India in Sector-11, Cbd Be Lapur. It’s a busy area with a lot of offices and banks nearby. We mostly deal with sourcing and mental work, hence the name, I guess. Our office is a standard setup in a commercial complex. We have some desks, a few phones, and a lot of paperwork that never seems to go away. The view out the window is just other buildings and the street below. We spend our days talking to people and trying to figure out where they fit best. It’s a lot of coordination and checking details. Sometimes it gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a clock that is a few minutes fast. The elevator in the building can be slow, so we often just take the stairs. Being in Cbd Be Lapur means there are plenty of places to get tea or snacks, which is good because we work late quite often. It’s just a group of us trying to keep everything organized and making sure the work gets done correctly. No frills, just regular office life at Source Mind. We just handle the requests as they come in and try to stay on top of the pile.
