Ramdev Infotech is tucked away at Shop No. 18 in Kukreja Plaza, which is over on Plot No. 45/46/55 in Sector 11 of CBD Belapur. It’s a decent area, though the plaza can get a bit quiet during the middle of the day. Our shop is where we do all the hands-on tech work. If you walk in, you’ll likely see a bunch of computers in various states of being taken apart. We have cables hanging from the shelves and tools scattered across the main workbench. It isn't the cleanest or most organized place, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend our time fixing hardware issues and trying to figure out why someone’s laptop won't turn on. It’s mostly just practical, everyday work. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy lobby. People come to us because they have a problem with their gear, and we do our best to fix it without making it too complicated. Sometimes the parts we need are hard to find, which means things take longer than we’d like. We try to be honest with people about how long a repair will take. The community here in Belapur is pretty good, and we’ve made some good friends among the other tenants in the building. We just show up every morning, turn on the soldering irons, and get to work on whatever is on the desk.
