Be Em Systems

Our place is at Plot No 2 in the Navnidhi Industrial Estate, right on Acharya Dhonde Marg in Sewri. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly warehouses and workshops. We fit right in. It’s an industrial vibe, and our space is mostly dedicated to handling systems. The floors are hard, and the air smells a bit like machinery and old grease, which is pretty standard for this part of Sewri. We have our tools and our desks set up to handle whatever comes through the door. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy art on the walls. We have some metal shelves that hold most of our parts and equipment. During the monsoon, the sound of the rain on the roof can get pretty loud, making it hard to hear each other sometimes. We usually just shout a bit louder or wait for it to pass. The industrial estate has a lot of trucks coming and going, so there is always some noise outside. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. By midday, it can get a bit stuffy, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People just know we are here in the estate if they need something done with their systems. It’s practical work for practical people, and we like the routine of it.
