We have been operating out of Flat No 71 in Building 6 at Vijay Vilas for a good while now. It is a familiar spot for anyone living around Ghodbunder Road in Thane West. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular apartment converted into a workspace where we manage investment papers and loan documents. It gets pretty busy during the day with the phone ringing and people coming in to drop off their paperwork. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much sometimes, but we are used to the noise by now. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that goes into banking and investments. It’s mostly about making sure the numbers add up and the forms are filled out correctly. There are usually three or four of us sitting at the desks, just keeping things moving. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. People know us as the local spot for these kinds of financial needs. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us active. We just try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. There is no need for complicated talk or long meetings. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home on time. It is a solid, honest way to run a business here in Thane.
