Barclays Finance

Our office for Barclays Finance is located at H Type 5 2 in the Ordnance Estate. This is over in Ambernath West, which is part of the Thane district. It’s a bit of a specific location because of the estate. The vibe here is very different from a city center. It’s more laid back and has that industrial or government area feel to it. It’s a landline that sits on one of the main desks. The office isn't very big. We have the basics like computers and a few cupboards for all the files we have to keep. Being in Ambernath means we aren't caught up in the madness of Mumbai every day. It’s a bit quieter, which helps when you’re trying to focus on finance work. We don't have any corporate branding all over the walls. It’s just a plain workspace. The people who work here are mostly locals from the Thane area. We drink a lot of tea and try to get through the work without too much fuss. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We don't make things complicated. We just do our part for Barclays Finance and head home when the clock strikes five. It is just a regular job in a regular place for us.
