We are located at 401 in the Queen's Diamond building, right on Mama Parmanand Marg. If you know the Opera House area in Mumbai, you know it’s the place for this kind of work. Bapalal Keshavlal is a name that’s been around for a long time. We aren't a big corporate chain with hundreds of branches. We’re just here in this one spot, doing what we know how to do. Most days involve looking at stones, talking to craftsmen, and making sure the pieces are coming along okay. The building itself is always busy with people from the trade coming and going. Our office is a place where we sit down and look at the fine details. It’s quiet inside compared to the noise of the Mumbai streets downstairs. We don't really do big advertising campaigns. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We spend a lot of time checking things over and over because in this business, you can't really afford to be sloppy. Sometimes we stay late when a piece needs extra attention or when we're preparing for a showing. It’s a lot of manual work and patience. We have a small team, and we all have our specific roles. It’s just how we’ve always done things here. Nothing too complicated, just staying focused on the work at hand and making sure we get things right for the people who come to see us.
