Bandodkar Construction

Bandodkar Construction is located at Parel Naka, specifically inside the Tulasi Arcade on Mosque Road. It is a very active area of the city, and there is always something happening right outside our windows. The office is at 74 45, a spot we have occupied for some time now. Being in the construction business means we are often dealing with a lot of dust, maps, and heavy boots. Our office in Tulasi Arcade is where we come to get away from the noise of the sites and actually get some planning done. It is a functional space with old wooden desks and stacks of papers that seem to grow every day. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. Parel is a place where you have to work hard to keep up, and we do what we can to stay on top of our various projects. The building itself is older, which we don't mind because it has character and the rent is fair. We see the same people every day on Mosque Road, and there is a sense of community among the business owners here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a group of people who know how to build things properly. Every day brings a different set of problems to solve, but that is just part of the job we chose. We just keep going, day after day.
