Balkanhr Services

Our office is in Room No 715 over at the Vikhroli Parksite area in Mumbai. It is part of the Raigad Vibhag section. Balkanhr Services has been here for a while now, just doing the daily work of human resources and staffing. It is a small space, nothing too flashy, but it gets the job done for us. We spend most of our hours looking through applications and trying to match people with the right kind of work. Mumbai is a fast place, so things move quickly around here. Sometimes the elevators are slow and the hallway is noisy, but that is just life in a big building. We focus on the practical side of hiring. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems. If a job needs doing, we find someone to do it. People stop by, we talk, and we see how we can help them out with their employment needs. It is mostly just about being organized and keeping track of who is looking for what. The address is 4 4, and it is pretty easy to find once you get into the Parksite area. We are just regular people working here, trying to make the hiring process a bit easier for everyone involved. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. We don't have a giant lobby or anything, just some chairs and a desk where we handle the interviews.
