Balkan Hr Services

We are located over in Goregaon at Motilal Nagar No 1. It’s a busy area and we’ve been operating out of building 2018 for some time now. Balkan Hr Services basically deals with the usual hiring and recruitment stuff people need. We aren’t a giant firm with a glass building. It’s just us here, working through resumes and talking to people who need jobs or businesses looking for some extra hands. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times we are just catching up on files. The neighborhood is lively, which is nice for a break. We handle the paperwork and the interviews without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Hiring can be a real headache for some, so we just step in and do that part of the job. Most days involve a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone walks in looking for work, we see what we have. If a company calls, we look at who is available. It is a lot of back and forth, but that is how this business works. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything. It's just a functional space where we get the daily tasks finished. We like being in this part of Maharashtra because everything we need is right around the corner. It's just a regular office doing regular work for local folks and companies.
