Our office and warehouse are located at 29, Devan Ind. Estate, on I.B. Patel Road in Goregoan (East). If you know Mumbai, you know how packed Goregaon can get, especially when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Devan Industrial Estate is an old-school kind of place with narrow lanes and lots of small businesses tucked away. We occupy number 29, and it is usually overflowing with whatever stock we have in that week. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and someone will be there behind a desk or moving a pallet. It is a practical space for practical work. Most of our day is spent checking inventories, talking to drivers, and making sure the orders go to the right place. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it gets the job done. I.B. Patel Road is always a bit chaotic with delivery vans and people rushing around, so we just try to stay organized in our own little corner. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years, so we all know the routine by heart. We do not put on any acts or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local company in Goregaon East trying to keep things moving and stay on top of the daily grind.
