We operate out of Vile Parle East, right near the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. Specifically, we are by Gate No 1 at Terminal 1 B. Since we are so close to the airport, our life revolves around the flight schedules and the people traveling in and out of Mumbai. It’s a very fast-paced environment here. We handle food services for a lot of different people, and it’s always a bit chaotic with the traffic and the high security around the terminal. Our setup is more about efficiency than anything else. We don't have a fancy dining room because most people are in a hurry to catch a flight or are just landing and want to get home. The 400099 area is always humming with noise. We’ve been working from this location for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the constant sound of planes overhead. It’s not like a quiet neighborhood cafe; it’s a busy hub. We keep our supplies moving and make sure everything is ready for the next rush of people. There are a lot of rules to follow being so close to the airport gate, so we stay on our toes all day. It’s just us doing the daily work of feeding hungry travelers and the airport staff. It’s a tough job with long hours, but someone has to do it in this part of Mumbai. We are just glad to be right in the middle of all the action.
