Babar Auto Garage

Babar Auto Garage is located at Shop No 6 in the Shafi Industrial Estate. We are right over in Chembur, specifically on Sarjapur Road near the Amar Mahal Bridge. It’s a busy spot in Varthur Hobli with lots of cars and bikes passing by all the time. Our garage is usually full of engines and spare parts scattered around the floor. We spend our days with grease on our hands, trying to figure out why a car isn't starting or fixing a noisy bike engine for someone. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it for many years now. The location near the bridge makes it easy for people to drop off their vehicles when they have trouble on the road. We don't have a fancy waiting room with air conditioning or coffee. People just wait on a stool or come back later in the evening. We aren't interested in being a big corporate service center with high prices. We just want to fix the machines so people can get back to their lives. Every car that comes in has a different problem. Some are easy to fix and some take a lot of head-scratching and searching for parts. We talk to our customers plainly about what's wrong and what it will cost. There's no use in using big words or technical talk. We just do the repairs and move on to the next one. The industrial estate can be quite loud with all the workshops, but we are used to the noise of the tools and the traffic outside. It’s just how things are at our shop.
