B R Enterprise is located at unit number 63 inside the Ideal Industrial Estate. We are situated right opposite Kamala Mill on the Magadi Main Road in Lower Parel. This part of Lower Parel has changed a lot lately, with all the big fancy offices and malls coming up, but the Ideal Industrial Estate still feels like the old version of the city. It’s a place where things actually get made and moved. Our unit is a practical space. It’s full of whatever we are working on at the moment, and it can get a bit dusty sometimes. We don't mind that. It shows we are actually working. Magadi Main Road is almost always jammed with cars and trucks, especially near Kamala Mill, so we usually tell people to give themselves extra time to reach us. We’ve been at 63 for quite some time now. We know the security guards and the other business owners in the estate. We share tea and talk about the local news. It’s a straightforward way of life. We don't put on a show for anyone. When you come to B R Enterprise, you’re seeing exactly how we operate. No polished floors or glass walls, just a solid industrial unit where we get things done. We like being in Lower Parel because everything is close by, even if the traffic is a nightmare. It’s our home base and we don't plan on moving anytime soon.
