B K Management

B K Management operates out of a few spots, with our presence in Santacruz East and our work on Kempegowda Road. We are specifically located at 1st Main in T Darsarahalli. It sounds like a lot of traveling, and honestly, it can be on some days when the traffic is bad. We deal with all sorts of management tasks and the day usually starts pretty early for us. The office in T Darsarahalli is where a lot of the actual planning and paperwork happens. It is not a very fancy place, just some desks, chairs, and a small area where we can have a cup of coffee and talk about the day's tasks. We have a small team here and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We don't really have a boss culture; we just all pitch in to get things finished. Sometimes we are out in Santacruz East meeting people, and other times we are stuck behind the desk on Kempegowda Road. It is a lot of coordination, but we have been doing it long enough that we have a good rhythm now. We don't make big promises or use complicated words to explain our business. We just manage what needs managing and try to keep everything running smoothly for everyone involved. The building at 1st Main is easy to find if you know the area, though the parking can be a bit tricky sometimes. We are just regular people working hard to keep things moving.
