B & A Innovation

You can find B & A Innovation over at Mittal Industrial Estate on Andheri Kurla Road. We are in Unit No 103, which is in Building No 5, the C Wing. It’s a typical industrial estate setup in Andheri East, so it’s always buzzing with trucks and people moving things around. The building itself has been there for years. We do innovation work, which sounds a bit more complicated than it actually is on a daily basis. Mostly, we are just in the office trying to come up with new ideas or fixing things that aren't working right. The space is filled with prototypes and paperwork. Being on Andheri Kurla Road means we are right in the middle of everything, which is helpful but also means the noise is constant. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. You just walk into the C Wing and find us. The team is small, and we mostly just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s not a flashy lifestyle. We drink a lot of tea and stay late when a project is due. The estate is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find Building 5, it’s easy. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s practical, everyday stuff for us. There isn't any corporate polish here, just people trying to build something useful in a crowded room.
