Axon Edc is tucked away here at 1 A 25 Tata Mills Co Op Hsg Scty in Parel. Mumbai is always moving fast, but our little corner feels a bit different than the rest of the city. It is a housing society, so you get that neighborhood vibe rather than a cold office building feel. We have been set up here for some time now. Some of us live quite close, which makes the commute easier, though the traffic in Parel can still be a bit much on rainy days. The office itself is not huge. It has got a few tables and some computers and plenty of notebooks scattered around. We do our work and talk to each other across the room. It is a simple setup without any bells or whistles. We do not have a fancy reception or anyone to greet you at the door. If you come by, you will probably just see us working on whatever is on the schedule for that day. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a quick chat, or we see the kids playing outside in the common areas. It is just how things are here. We try to keep things relatively quiet so we do not bother anyone else living in the society. Working in a residential area has its own quirks, like hearing the sounds of the city and the families living around us. It keeps us grounded. We do not go for big speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the tasks we have.
