Our spot is in Pandurang Wadi, specifically in the B-4 Swaroop CHS. It’s right near Aarey Road in Goregaon East. Even though we are part of the Genpact group now, this office still feels like a local Mumbai operation. Being in a Cooperative Housing Society means we are right in the middle of a residential area. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day. We do risk consulting, helping people navigate the tricky parts of their business operations. It’s a lot of manual checking and digital audits. The commute to Goregaon can be tough, especially during the rains, but we make it work. Our office is pretty basic. We have desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't really have a front desk person. If the bell rings, whoever is closest just goes and opens the door. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing up findings. It’s not the kind of work that gets you a lot of glory, but it’s important for keeping things running smoothly. We’re a practical bunch. We don't go for big corporate talk. We just focus on the risks at hand and try to give honest advice based on what we see in the documents. It’s just us doing what we know how to do best in this little corner of Mumbai.
