Our little branch is located in Ashokvan, specifically at D 104 in the Aaradhana CHS building. Borivali East is always buzzing with energy, and we are right in the middle of it. We aren't a massive office with marble floors, just a regular space where we help our neighbors with their money. People from the housing society and the surrounding streets come in all day. We deal with the usual stuff—mostly savings, withdrawals, and fixing those small errors that crop up on bank statements. We try to keep things grounded. No one here is trying to be a high-flying executive; we’re just local staff who know how hard people work for their paychecks. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes everything a bit chaotic, but we stay open and keep the computers running. It’s practical, everyday work. We know who prefers to use the ATM and who likes to come to the counter to chat for a minute while we process their documents. It’s that kind of place. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a bunch of desks and a commitment to getting the numbers right for the folks in 400 066.
