Avni Poladia

This is just where Avni Poladia is located, over in Vile Parle West. We’re in Flat No 9, which is inside Plot No 29 at Hatkunj. It’s a very residential-feeling spot, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded office park. Vile Parle has its own character, and being on the West side means we are close to everything but still tucked away in Hatkunj. The flat itself is where the work happens. It’s not a giant headquarters. There are tables and shelves and the usual stuff you’d find where someone is trying to run a business. We don't have a lot of people coming through, so it stays fairly quiet most of the time. We might go out for a quick bite at one of the local stalls nearby when we get hungry. There’s no fancy cafeteria here. It’s just a kitchen and some desks. Working from a place like Plot No 29 feels more grounded. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood, kids playing or people talking in the hallway. It’s a human way to work. We don't put on any airs about what we do. We just sit down in Flat 9 and get through the tasks for the day. It’s a simple arrangement that works for us. It isn't anything elaborate, just a workspace in a residential building where we manage our daily chores and business. We keep things moving along at our own pace.
