Avixim Integrated Solutions is right in the middle of the action in Ghatkopar East. We are on Vallabh Baugh Lane, which is always packed with people and cars. Our office is number 408 in Kailash Plaza Premises CHS Ltd, right near R-Mall. Being near a mall means there is always something going on outside. The building is a commercial one, so there are lots of other small businesses on our floor. It is a bit of a maze of corridors sometimes. We have been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the sounds of the city. Inside, it is a simple integrated solutions office. We have some workstations and a small table for meetings that usually turns into a place for keeping extra files. We don't have a big corporate logo on the wall or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get things done. We usually have a lot of paperwork because of the nature of the business. The staff is local and we all commute using the local trains or buses, so we know the Ghatkopar area very well. It’s a convenient spot because everything is within walking distance. We don't make big promises or use complicated language. We just work on what needs to be solved and try to stay productive throughout the day. It is a busy but good life here.
