Avista Technology Pvt Ltd is situated right behind Hotel Bhushan, which is a pretty well-known landmark if you are driving off the Thane Belapur Road. Our address is W-84 in the Rabale MIDC. It is a very industrial part of Navi Mumbai, so you see a lot of warehouses and factories around here. The Rabale Naka area is always packed with people commuting to work. Our office is a straightforward place. We do a lot of tech-related stuff, but the atmosphere is very relaxed. We aren't the type to wear suits or have formal morning huddles. Usually, we just grab a quick bite at one of the nearby dhabas and then get to work. The building itself is sturdy and does the job. It can get a little loud with the traffic from the main road, but once you are inside and focused on the computers or the hardware, you don't notice it much. We have some long-term employees who have seen this area change a lot over the years. We remember when there were fewer buildings and more open space. Now it is all built up. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out. There is always something to troubleshoot or a new project to start on. We like the practical side of things and don't spend much time on anything that doesn't help us finish the day's tasks.
