Avishkar Promoters Builders is located out in Goregaon East. We are right on the New Link Road in the Oshiwara area. If you know the 41527 zip code, you know it’s a place that’s always moving and never really stays quiet. The road outside is usually packed with cars and people trying to get somewhere else. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It’s nothing special to look at from the street, just a practical place to work. We spend a lot of our day dealing with the usual stuff that comes with being on the New Link Road. It’s dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We don't use big words or have meetings that last forever. We just talk to people and figure things out. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, and we just open the door to let a bit of a breeze in. We are local people who know this part of Goregaon very well. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls and fancy lights. It’s just us. We keep our files in old cabinets and use pens that sometimes run out of ink right when you need them. It’s real and a bit messy, but we are honest about what we do. If you come by, you’ll find us drinking tea and looking at some old plans. That is the way we have always done it here in Oshiwara.
