We are over at Plot-25 in the Smarth Darshan building. It’s right in Sector 1 of Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The area has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up. We have been in this spot for a bit now, handling various system requirements for folks around here. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls. It's more of a practical space where we can actually pull things apart and fix them. The walk from the station isn't too bad if the weather is okay. We spend most of our time at our desks or out at sites nearby. Being in Ghansoli is handy because we can get to most places in Navi Mumbai pretty fast. We don’t really have a big marketing budget or anything. We just focus on the job. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with boxes and old cables, but that is just how we work. People stop by when they have a problem with their setups. We talk to them, figure out what’s wrong, and get to it. There isn't any fancy jargon here. We just speak plain English and get the job done. It's a decent way to spend the day. We’ve got a good rhythm going now. The neighborhood is full of workers and families, which makes it feel real. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single morning.
