You can find us at Blue Regency, which is part of the Blue Empire Complex in Kandivali West. We’re in room B 705. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside. Avinya Techsoft Private Limited isn’t a huge operation. We operate out of this single unit, and it’s packed with everything we need to get our work done. There are cables everywhere, stacks of papers on the desks, and a few plants that probably need more water than they get. We aren't big on formality here. Most of the time, we’re just wearing casual clothes and focusing on whatever project is currently on our plates. Kandivali West is a good area because everything is close by, which is handy when we need to grab a quick bite or some supplies. The office itself is small, but we’ve managed to fit in enough desks for the team. We don’t have a dedicated meeting room, so we just talk across the desks or sit in the small corner area. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been in the Blue Empire Complex for some time now. It’s a reliable place to work from. We don’t worry about looking like a big corporation; we just care about getting the tasks finished. It’s a simple, honest setup where we put in the hours every day.
