If you are looking for us, we are at 503 Vardhaman, Sector 1 in Charkop. It’s in Kandivali West, right near the Bank of Maharashtra. Being so close to a bank actually helps because people use it as a landmark. Aviava Life Insurance isn't some giant skyscraper office. We are on the fifth floor of a regular commercial building. It’s a typical Mumbai office with lots of files and people moving around. We spend our time talking to families and going through stacks of insurance forms. The elevator is sometimes slow, so we end up waiting around and chatting with the people from the other offices in the building. It’s a local feel here. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the security guard. We aren't about big sales pitches or fancy presentations. Most of the time we are just explaining things in simple terms so people understand what they are signing. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. Kandivali is a busy suburb, so there is always a rush. We try to keep our office a bit more relaxed, though it gets crowded when we have a few people visiting at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the Mumbai chaos. We’ve been in this spot in 400064 for a good while now.
