The office is a quiet spot where we can focus on our consulting and research work. We don't have any flashy signs or big reception areas. It’s just a place where we get things done. Wadala is a bit more relaxed than some other parts of Mumbai, which we appreciate. We spend our days digging through information and helping people understand it better. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to sell anyone on big promises. We just look at the facts and provide our insights. The team is small and we all pitch in. Our workspace at Chanchal Smruti is comfortable enough for what we do. We have our computers and plenty of tea. It’s a very human environment. We make mistakes sometimes, but we fix them and move on. Research and consulting take a lot of patience. We just keep plugging away at it day after day. It’s a regular job for us. If you’re ever on Katrak Road, that’s where we are based.
