Autonics Corporation

This office is up in Hiranandani Gardens, over in the Avalon B Wing. It is a nice enough area of Powai, very different from the noisier and more crowded parts of Mumbai. We are located on the 11th floor, so we get a bit of a view of the other buildings in the complex. Harianwala Lane is where you have to turn to get into this part of the gardens. We mostly deal with the technical side of the corporation, like the sensors and the electronic controllers. It is a small space, mostly just desks and some testing equipment scattered around on the tables. The commute in Mumbai is always a bit of a struggle for everyone, so most of us are pretty tired by the time we actually walk through the door in the morning. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking to clients about their technical specifications. It is very quiet inside compared to the street noise outside. We do not have any big slogans or posters on the walls here. It is just a place where we come to work. Sometimes we go down to the shops nearby for lunch, which is one of the better parts of being in this area. The building security is a bit strict, but they know us by now. We are just a small group of people handling the daily tasks that come our way. (248 words)
