We set up Auti Software Consultancy Services Llp right here in Chembur, specifically at Shree Ganesh CHSL in the New Mhada Colony. It’s a busy spot in Sahakar Nagar and we’ve been operating out of Flat 601 for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting at our desks, trying to figure out whatever software problems come our way. The building is pretty standard for this part of Mumbai. We see the neighbors every morning when we come in. Being in Chembur East makes it easy for most of the team to get to work without too much trouble on the trains. We don't have any big fancy lobby or anything, just our workspace where we keep our computers and a small area to make tea. Some of us have been working in software for years, so we eventually just decided to do our own thing together. It isn’t always quiet, especially with the usual city noise coming in through the windows, but we get things done. We usually spend the morning catching up on emails and then dive into the actual coding or consulting work. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby place or whatever someone brought from home. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do. We like being in this part of Sahakar Nagar because it feels more like a community than just a business district. There’s always someone around and it keeps things feeling grounded while we deal with the tech stuff on our screens.
