Authorized Service Provider

Our office is tucked away in 28B 2805 Suruchi Co Op Hsg Soc. We are located in Abhyudaya Nagar, which is part of the Kalachowki area in Mumbai. As an Authorized Service Provider, we handle a lot of different maintenance and repair jobs. It’s a residential society, so we are right in the middle of the community. The office is basically a converted room where we keep our equipment and files. It’s quite cramped with all the spare parts we have to stock. Mumbai life is always fast, and we are no different. We spend half our time out on calls and the other half here answering the phone. The building is one of those typical housing societies where everyone knows each other. We hear the kids playing outside and the vendors shouting on the street. It’s not a corporate office at all. It’s just a place where we do our work and try to stay organized. Sometimes the monsoon makes it hard to get around, but we still have to reach the customers. We’ve been working from this society for a long time now. We don't have a big sign or any fancy decorations. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep up with all the service requests coming in from the neighborhood. It’s always a bit noisy, but that’s just Mumbai for you.
