Our office is located in Malad East, and the pincode is 41373. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of energy right outside the door. We aren’t a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us working together in a modest space. The office has some old filing cabinets that are bursting at the seams, and we probably need to get around to organizing the back room one of these days. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or expensive carpets because that isn't what matters to the people we help. We just focus on getting the work done. Most of our days are spent on the phone or typing away at the computers. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we’re used to it. Malad is a good place to be because everything we need is close by. We don’t have any polished scripts for when people call. We just answer and try to help out as best as we can. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to refill the water cooler, but we always make sure the actual work is handled correctly. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job for our neighbors in the area. We have been in this spot for years and it feels like home now.
