Atherstone Group

Atherstone Group is situated in Flat No 301 at Rachana Apartments on 93 B V P Road in Vile Parle West. Being on the third floor of an apartment building in Mumbai means we are right in the thick of it. The office is really just a converted flat so it feels a bit like a home. We have desks set up where the dining table and beds used to be. It is a bit tight and we have to be careful not to trip over each other when we move around. B V P Road is always loud with traffic and people walking by but we have gotten used to the background noise. Most of our work involves finance and business stuff which means a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets. We don't have a big fancy lobby to impress anyone. Usually if someone comes to see us they just sit on one of the spare chairs in the main room. We make our own tea and keep the files organized as best as we can in the small space we have. Vile Parle is a great neighborhood and we like being here even if the stairs can be a bit tiring at the end of a long day. We are just a small group working out of a flat trying to keep things running smoothly. It’s hard work but it is what we do and we have been at it for years.
