Asti Embroidery

Asti Embroidery is over in Malad East. Our shop is number E 9, and it’s part of the Shopper Spo area. It’s a small place, but it’s packed with all the things we need for our work. If you walk in, you’ll see spools of thread in every color you can imagine and pieces of fabric waiting to be worked on. Embroidery is the kind of work that takes a lot of patience and good eyesight. We spend a lot of our time hunched over the machines or doing handwork with a needle. The lighting in the shop is very bright because we need to see the small details. It’s not a quiet place, as there is usually the sound of sewing machines humming in the background. Malad East is a busy part of the city, and the Shopper Spo section has its own rhythm. We know the other shop owners around here, and we often share a quick meal or a cup of tea during our breaks. The shop is a bit cramped because we have so many supplies stored away in the corners. It’s a messy, creative environment where things are always being made. We don’t have any fancy signs or expensive furniture. We just have our work tables and our stools. It’s a humble little spot where we put in the hours every day.
