I started doing the management work here at Sonibai Nivas a while back. It's right in Flat 2 in Sector 14. If you know CBD Belapur, you know it's a busy spot but our corner is okay. B.P.V. Reddy is the name on the door. It's a small setup. I spend most of my day looking at schedules and fixing little problems that pop up for people. It isn't a big office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular room with a fan and a couple of chairs. People come by when they need help with organizing their things or when the paperwork gets too much to handle alone. I've lived in Navi Mumbai for years so I know how things work around here. We don't have a big team, just me and occasionally someone to help out with the filing. Most days are quiet until they aren't. Dealing with the local stuff keeps me busy. Sometimes the address is hard to find for delivery people because of how the blocks are laid out, but we are right there near the main landmarks. It’s just honest work. I don't try to make it sound more important than it is. We just manage what needs managing. If you're looking for the fancy corporate types, that's not us. We just sit here in Flat 2 and get the day's work finished before the sun goes down. It works for us and the people we help out.
