Assisstatt Manager

I’m working as an assistant manager here in C.B.D Belapur, Navi Mumbai. My name is B.P.V. Reddy, and I live over in Sonibai Nivas in Sector 14. This area of Navi Mumbai is quite busy with offices and people constantly on the move. My job involves a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business running smoothly. I deal with the paperwork, the scheduling, and making sure the staff has what they need. It’s not a glamorous role where I sit in a corner office with a view. Usually, I’m at a desk or running between different floors to check on things. Sector 14 is a decent place to stay, and it makes the commute to the central business district pretty easy. I don’t have a lot of fancy slogans to describe what I do. It’s just about being organized and making sure mistakes don't happen. Sometimes the workload gets heavy, especially at the end of the month, but that’s just how it goes in management. I’ve been in this flat for a while now and I’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. I’m just a regular person trying to do a good job and keep things moving. There isn't a lot of polish to my day, just a lot of tasks to tick off the list before I head home. I usually stop for a tea on the way back to the flat just to relax for a minute after a long shift at the office.
