Assert Secure Tech Pvt. Ltd. is based in Plot No-C-201 at Kailas Business Park in Vikhroli West. Even though it’s a business park, our space feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We deal with security technology, so we have cameras, sensors, and wires all over the place. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see. We are usually busy testing something or trying to figure out why a piece of software isn't talking to the hardware correctly. Vikhroli West is a busy hub, and being in the park means there are plenty of other businesses around us. We often run into neighbors in the elevators or at the local food stalls. We started this because security is something everyone needs, but it can be complicated for people to set up. We try to make it less confusing for the folks we work with. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We’re just technicians and office staff trying to provide something useful. The days can be long, especially when we’re out on a site or stuck troubleshooting a difficult system. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the afternoon. Our desks are covered in manuals and tools. It’s a practical environment. We don't talk about visions or global reach. We just worry about whether the system we installed yesterday is working the way it’s supposed to today. It’s good work and it keeps us on our toes every single morning.
