Our shop is located on the ground floor of the Madhu Industrial Estate over on P.B. Marg in Worli. Being in an industrial estate means it's more about function than style. We have a lot of products moving in and out every single day. The space is filled with boxes and different household items that people see on TV or online. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy window display. We mostly focus on getting the orders packed and sent out to the people who bought them. We’ve been in this Worli location for a good while. The traffic outside can be a bit of a nightmare, but we’re used to the noise of the city. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We’re just a team of people handling logistics and customer requests. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when a new shipment arrives and we have to find space for it all. We don't have a plush lounge for visitors. If you come by, you’ll see us working at our desks or moving stock around. It’s a practical, everyday operation. We’ve had the same staff for a long time, so we all know how the system works. We don't bother with expensive decor or marketing gurus. We just focus on the items we have and making sure they get where they need to go without much fuss.
