Our office is based in Sector 11 of Vashi, Mumbai. It’s a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with information technology, so our space is mostly filled with computers, tangled wires, and the hum of servers. It’s not a high-tech lab from a movie; it’s a practical office where things get built and fixed. The desks are a bit crowded, and there is always someone trying to figure out a bug in a piece of code. Vashi is a great area because it’s a bit more organized than other parts of Mumbai, but it still has that frantic energy. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve seen the buildings around us change quite a bit. Inside, we have a small break area that’s basically just a kettle and some biscuits. We aren’t a massive IT firm with thousands of people. We are a smaller group, which means everyone has to do a bit of everything. Sometimes we are fixing a server, and other times we are just helping a neighbor with a computer problem. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who know us in the Sector 11 area. We start early and often stay late if a project needs finishing. It’s just how things go when you’re working with technology. It can be frustrating when things don't work, but we just keep at it until they do. It is a long day usually, but we get things done.
