Ashvin Bavishi Company

We’ve been running the Ashvin Bavishi Company out of Kandivali East for quite some time now. Our space is over at Office Number 33 in Gautam Gyan. It isn't a massive corporate setup or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our daily work done. The area is usually pretty busy, especially during the morning rush, so we tend to get started early before the noise really picks up. We handle various tasks throughout the day and try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. There are always stacks of papers on the desks and the phone rings more than you'd expect. Sometimes it feels like we are just trying to keep up with the paperwork, but that's how it goes in this kind of business. We aren't big on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. The chairs are comfortable enough and the lights work, which is what matters most to us. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we know the local neighborhood pretty well. We see the same faces passing by the building every day. It’s a grounded way of working. We don't spend time on long meetings or complicated strategies. Instead, we just take the work as it comes and try to finish it by the end of the day. If someone walks in with a question, we talk to them directly. It’s a simple, honest way to run things in Mumbai.
