We work out of A 303 Gangotri Sadan in Sector 12, which is part of Khanada Colony in New Panwel. It’s a busy office because we handle a lot of forwarding work. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing away at the computers to make sure things get where they need to go. Panwel is a hub for this kind of stuff, so being in Sector 12 makes sense for us. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, files, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. We have quite a few people coming in and out with documents and receipts. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just one of those things you deal with. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look like a magazine. It’s a working office where we focus on the logistics. The guys here have been doing this for years so they know the routes and the problems that usually come up with shipments. We just try to get the work done without too many hiccups. If there’s a delay, we deal with it and move on to the next task. That’s pretty much how it is for us at Gangotri Sadan every single day. We keep it moving and don't make a fuss.
