We are located right at the Opera House area, in Parekh Market. Our units are 03 and 04, right near Kennedy Bridge. It’s a very old part of the city, and the building definitely shows its age, but it’s a good spot for us. We do a lot of infotech work, which basically means we’re always surrounded by computers and servers. The space isn’t very big, so we have to be organized, though it doesn't always look that way to an outsider. Cables are everywhere. Most days we are just troubleshooting issues for other businesses or setting up new systems they bought. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, and the traffic outside the market is always a nightmare. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the other shopkeepers around the block. We don’t put on any airs about being a big tech firm; we’re just a local business trying to keep our clients' computers running. Sometimes the internet acts up or a client calls with an emergency right as we’re closing, and that’s just part of the deal. We take it as it comes. It's a bit of a squeeze in the office when everyone is here at once, but we make it work. Just a regular bunch of people doing technical work in a busy market. We keep the doors open and just focus on the tasks we have scheduled for the week.
