We are over in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector 2. Our spot is Room No A 166. It’s one of those buildings where you have to look twice at the numbers to find the right door. Asb International Pvt Ltd has been based here for a bit now. It’s not a huge space, just enough for the team to sit and handle the daily grind. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Mumbai heat. We don't have a team of people in suits. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day at the desk. The hallways outside can get a bit cluttered with boxes, but that’s just life in a busy sector. We handle our business matters without a lot of fuss. There’s usually a radio playing softly in the background to break the silence. Sometimes we all go out for lunch at the little stall around the corner because the food is better than what we bring from home. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a fancy logo on the wall. We just want to finish the list of things to do before the sun goes down. It’s a straightforward way to run a company.
